At J & J Construction, Safety and wellbeing of all personnel and subcontractors are paramount. We demand respect with a high standard of morale ethics at every level of our staff and field crafts. We are committed to the Health and Safety of our employees and our customers and the communities we work in. Our Safety Department strives to ensure that all Federal, State and Client’s Safety rules and regulations, as well as our own Safety and Health protocols are being properly executed. Subsequently, we strive to maintain a perfect Safety record with no recordable accidents.
J & J Construction’s employees are trained by the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA) standards and regulations, as well as the Occupational Safety and Health administration’s (OSHA) standards and regulations.
We require individual accountability and expect all employees to adhere to our safety standards and actively participate in and support the advancement of our Health and Safety program. Safety is the responsibility of all employees, from the top management to the individual craft hands.
