J & J Construction, a division of Nuckols & McGovern Construction, LLC was founded in 2018 to Service the needs of the Coal, Aggregate, Oil and Gas and Energy Sectors. We service all areas of the Continental United States. To better serve our clients we have two locations, our corporate office in Texas and our second office in West Virginia.
